Safety & Me is a guide published by our parent charity, My CWA.

It can help people affected by unhealthy or abusive relationships to create their own personalised safety plan.

There’s guidance for keeping safe within the harmful relationship as well as when leaving it.

There’s also plenty of space for victims to add notes so they can tailor their safety plan to their own circumstances.
